I met Zoe and James via a personal recommendation from the wedding team at Rhinefield House, where I have a strong relationship and I am their recommended wedding photographer. We clicked instantly as we had daughters of a similar age and it helps to have an empathy with clients to produce the best results. This makes them relax and provide natural images, which portray their personality. They loved the fine art albums I produce and documentary style of photography, which is a trademark to the way I photograph. This relationship developed during the fun packed engagement photo shoot at Rhinefield House where we all had a lot of fun and I thought at the time how I’m really looking forward to shooting their wedding day.
So in May 2015, my 6th wedding of the year arrived and it did not disappoint. Though the weather stayed overcast all day my knowledge of the venue and the best lighting areas helped to produce some memorable images for Zoe and James. As expected we all had lots of fun throughout the day with photography complimented by lovely ivory flowers and venue dressing from Exclusively Weddings. I am always up for the unusual and the couple wanted to use blow up props for part of the Groomsmen photographs, which were a lot of fun and produced some quite memorable photographs. There were some lovely moments during the ceremony between the couple and their 4 year-old daughter with lots of fun and laughter throughout the whole day. 🙂
During the Groom’s speech the whole Grand Hall was in fits of laughter as he delivered his speech impeccably. A lovely moment between him and his daughter during the speeches was one of the many memorable images captured for the perfect family.
I could talk for a while here, but it is the images that count, so let’s get on with the Zoe and James’ story…
