With the sun shining, the gardens in full bloom, and a couple who couldn’t stop smiling all day, this was one of those weddings that had everything. An outdoor ceremony, tons of laughter, amazing photos, and one seriously fun dance floor!

The Perfect Setting for a Summer Wedding

Audleys Wood Hotel is always a dream to photograph at but in the summer months, it’s on another level. Katie and Michael made the most of the warm July weather with a stunning outdoor ceremony set against the backdrop of the hotel’s manicured grounds. The sunlight filtered through the trees just perfectly as Katie walked down the aisle. It was one of those picture-perfect moments that felt straight out of a movie (and made for some truly beautiful images too!).

As someone who knows the flow and hidden gems of this venue inside out, I was able to guide Katie and Michael to some of the best spots for portraits without ever pulling them too far away from the action. Just enough time for a breather and some relaxed, natural shots that really reflect their personalities.

A Wedding Full of Family, Love, and Laughter

From the very start, it was clear this was going to be a day full of heart. Family was at the centre of everything, and there was such a genuine, joyful energy running through the whole day. From emotional speeches to kids playing on the lawn, every moment felt authentic and filled with love.

A Party to Remember

As the sun began to set, the celebration turned up a notch and the dance floor did not disappoint. Katie and Michael’s guests came ready to party, and once the music started, they didn’t stop! There’s nothing better than capturing guests letting loose and having an absolute ball. The laughter, the moves, and the energy was incredible and the perfect way to round off the story of the day.
