Leeds Castle Weddings
A summer wedding set at the stunning Leeds Castle in Kent
Molly and Craig’s Leeds Castle wedding photography was set in one of the most beautiful places I have had the pleasure of working at. Leeds Castle is one of Henry VIII’s residences and the history engrained in this venue is quite something else.
The couple enjoyed sharing the day with their closest family and friends and amongst these were Alex & Julia whose wedding I photographed back in 2017 at Wotton House and you can view their wedding photographs here. The sun shone all day for Molly and Craig as they enjoyed canapés with their guests and photographs around the immense grounds that the Castle entails.
The day flew by in an instant and this wedding seemed to go by even quicker than most as it was a late afternoon ceremony. The wedding breakfast and speeches were set in the Henry VIII’s dining room and what a setting it was. Molly and Craig decorated the room perfectly with long tables dressed with beautiful candelabra after candelabra – simply stunning!
We managed to catch the tail end of golden hour for a few portraits before the guests were treated to a surprise fireworks display across the moat of the castle. It was the perfect setting as firework after firework flew up into the sky with the setting sunset providing the perfect backdrop for this epic display.
Please enjoy this little sneak peek of their Leeds Castle wedding photography below.
