One word for Lyndsey & Ben’s Rhinefield House wedding – Fun, and lots of it.
I get to work at Rhinefield house a lot with being their main preferred wedding photographer and quite often I get prospective couples, and other photographers, ask me how do I not get bored and do the same things? For me it is not about the pictures or the setting but the people in them and the wedding day as a whole. Lyndsey and Ben were so cool to be with on the day and their wedding just oozed fun in abundance.
My day started as usual with the Bridal prep followed by the Groom prep with the couple opting for an outdoor ceremony in the grounds at Rhinefield House. The ceremony in particular produced a wonderful collection of natural images as the couple tied the knot in front of their closest friends and family. One of the highlights was as Lyndsey attempted to put on Ben’s wedding ring only for it not to go on producing some quite memorable moments to photograph.
The drinks reception was where the real action happened and everywhere I turned there were guests laughing with smiles constantly on their faces, thew atmosphere made my job so easy.
As I walked in to the Grand Hall to photograph the couples wedding breakfast details I was taken a back at how stunning the room looked. The couple had opted for a red colour scheme with their table names taken from Game of Thrones, a lovely personal touch, and the cake of cheese sat beautifully in the large bay window.
The speeches were fantastic and as I glanced around the room to get guest reactions I couldn’t help but notice how happy everyone looked.
As the gorgeous golden hour set in I whisked the couple away for just a few extra shots before heading back inside for their first dance. The dance floor was packed and everyone was having the most amazing time as I left to set up for the couples nighttime photograph. This part of the day is becoming paramount to my collection of photographs with both Lyndsey and Ben loving the nighttime photographs I produce. I wanted to do something new for them and so used the courtyard in a different way to the way I have used it previously and the resulting images are well, EPIC.
Lyndsey and Ben thank you from the bottom of my heart for letting me witness such a beautiful wedding and I wish you lots of joy and happiness for your future ahead.
I hope you love the photographs and slideshow below, enjoy 🙂
