Ricky and Becky’s Rhinefield House wedding was so much fun to photograph!! Guests came from all over the world to celebrate the couples special day and as you will see from the photographs below they had an absolute blast.

When I first met Ricky and Becky back in the Spring of 2014 at a private Rhinefield House open day, they wanted to make sure their wedding was going to be relaxed and full of fun. Well I can whole heartedly say guys – YOU ABSOLUTELY NAILED IT! 🙂

My day started with Becky and her Bridal preparations in the Walker Suite, one of the most beautiful Bridal Suites I get to photograph in. Becky started with having her hair being styled by Michelle Crosser from Bridal Hair Hampshire before having her Bridal make up applied by the lovely Helen Spencer from Made up. Both of these wedding suppliers are exceptional in their chosen fields and I would highly recommend getting in touch with them if you are looking for a hair or make up stylist for your wedding day. After capturing some lovely photographs of Becky with her closest friends and family in the Bridal suite I movied downstairs to photograph Ricky and his Groomsmen at the entrance to Rhinefield House.

Ricky had given a special watch to each Groomsman as a thank you gift and so I wanted to incorporate this in some fun photographs for the guys. Getting the correct time between the three Groomsmen proved to be trickier than planned as you will see below 😉

Time was flying and before I knew it the guests were heading onto the London Routemaster Bus to take them to St Anne’s Church in Brockenhurst where the ceremony was to be held. I captured some natural photographs of this before heading over to St.Annes myself.

The ceremony produced some wonderful fleeting moments between the couple and one of my favourites was as Becky walked down the aisle hand in hand with her Dad casting eyes on her Groom for the very first time that day.

Before long we were back at Rhinefield House for the couples wedding reception and it was time for the couples personal photographs around the grounds. This collection of photographs is stunning and Ricky and Becky were a delight to work with. One of the stand out photographs occurred when we were in the archway of tree, one of my favourite settings for photographs at Rhinefield House, as Ricky dipped his new Bride and gave her a kiss – a simply stunning photograph that just oozes emotion.

I always make sure to photograph the little details in a wedding breakfast and as I opened the door to the Grand Hall I was completely amazed at what I saw. The couples theme was Yellow and Green and each table was decorated with centre pieces and little bags full of favours in these colours. Ricky and Becky had chosen to hire the exceptional Exclusively Weddings for their wedding floristry & venue dressing and they completely knocked it out of the park. The evening reception was amazing and full of laughter, fun and a bout of crazy South African dancing that made for some truly remarkable photographs.

Ricky and Becky are two fun-loving people who are kind, generous and above all completely made for one another. I would like to personally thank Ricky and Becky for asking me to document the story of their wedding day, it was an absolute pleasure to photograph, and I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.
