The best wedding photography of 2019… here we go!!!

Well where has that year gone!! It seems like only a few days ago I was putting the finishing touches to my best of 2018 blog post and now here it is, my best wedding photography of 2019! This year has been quite the ride but one that I have absolutely loved and been totally blown away by! If 2020 is anywhere close to being as much fun as 2019 then I am in for a real treat!!

Putting together my highlights of the year, or ‘Best of’ blog post, is one of the hardest and yet most rewarding aspects of my year. It is so difficult to choose the photographs that go into the slideshow above from the thousands that I have produced throughout the year. There were so many more that I wanted to include but I think the 150 images I have chosen tell my crazy story of 2019 perfectly.

I have been blessed to be a part of 38 weddings again this year, spanning across numerous counties within the UK whilst also winning another regional award along the way. Looking through all of the photographs that I have produced has made me feel incredibly proud of the work I have accomplished this year and also extremely thankful to those couples who have put their trust in me to capture one of the most important days of their lives.

2019 would not have been as successful without the people who play such an important role in my life. To my wonderful wife and two beautiful girls, you are truly amazing!! You never fail to put a smile on my face and your unwavering support always pushes me forward – Thank you so so much. To the wonderful teams that I have worked alongside, your work ethic and creativity is so inspirational and never fails to bring the best out of me – Thank you. And finally to the wonderful people who have made this journey particularly special – my couples. It has been a true honour to get to know each and every one of you and to play a part in each of your beautiful stories. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to witness such a special day in your lives.

And so to 2020… BRING IT ON!!! The year of the Olympics, European championships and of course, another leap year!! I cannot wait to get the year started and am very fortunate to be pretty much fully booked with 30 weddings already in the diary. 2020 will take me to some exciting new places and I have no doubt that it will be another year full of some amazing stories.
